Verdict

Akinspirit would be an obvious threat if getting a run from his reserve spot as he's been in outstanding form. Scots Gaelic bounced back to form at Killarney and Joseph O'Brien has ridden him several times previously but it's LEAVES YOU BABY who looks the one to be on. Young jockey Marc Monaghan brought Mick Halford's filly with a well-times effort to score over shorter at the Curragh last month and this extra quarter-mile looks certain to suit. Benefit Of Porter, who makes his debut on the surface, is one of the most versatile performers in training so an opening Polytrack victory would be no great shock but Avanti Albert, a winner from a higher mark here last November, may need the run after pulling up injured in April.
