In depth

Verdict

This looks slightly better than this first division with Tribes And Banner, successful over 1m3f here last week, heading the weights. The winning hurdler and chaser could get outpaced over this trip, however. Knockgraffon Lad finally lost his maiden tag on the same card but is another for whom this distance looks on the sharp side while Daisy Mountain generally finds at least one too good, though was only beaten half-a-length over C&D two runs ago. HEIR TO THE MINT has also been struggling to get his head in front and was put up 2lb following his latest third over 7f here. But he can confirm that running with Almadaa and should go close today if a wide draw doesn't prove an inconvenience.
