Verdict

Lake Return's only success in 26 career starts came over this C&D last September but he's been consistent subsequently and is no forlorn hope to double his tally. Roley is another with a moderate strike-rate and has been well beaten off this mark while Rakamasi is best when the mud is flying. Fitzgutentyte is consistent enough over hurdles but has shown nothing over the bigger obstacles and Paddy O Dee has had 15 runs over fences and been placed twice. STROLLING HOME generally goes well over this course and his one chase victory came here in May. He's only 4lb higher and the presence of an excellent claimer may be just enough for him to record his second success.
