      Verdict

SEAL OF APPROVAL (NAP) won the Group 1 Champion Fillies And Mares at Ascot in October having clipped heels and fallen in this race before that when chasing the eventual winner. She showed signs of returning to her best when third in the Geoffrey Feer last time and gets the nod. Venus De Milo ran no sort of race in a first-time hood in the Yorkshire Oaks and the headgear is removed for this. Moment In Time ran well in the American St Leger at Arlington last time and a blanket could have been thrown over her, the winner Silk Sari and Cascading at Newbury previously. Criteria has claims on her third in the Ribblesdale and Arabian Comet went close over today's trip in the Lillie Langtry at Goodwood last time. Energia Fox also ran well on her first start for Marco Botti and we may not have seen the best of her yet.
