Iron Step tops the weights after displaying improved form this term and should go well again with Johnny Murtagh legged up. He's shown a splendid attitude for both successes, especially when scoring at Newmarket latterly, and a 3lb rise for that success is not excessive. However, a chance is given to MANTATISI, strongly supported when disappointing on her Newbury reappearance. The daughter of Motivator is better than that, having failed to get involved at any stage. Hopefully, she can prove that running all wrong. Konstantin failed to follow up a comfortable Leicester win when beaten at Windsor but it was a respectable effort and he joins the consistent Dr Red Eye and Nicola's Dream on the shortlist.
