      Verdict

      FLYING POWER is much better on the all-weather but took advantage of a lower rating to score at Doncaster last time. A 4lb rise may not be enough to prevent a follow-up and he gets the vote ahead of King Kurt. The latter won over 1m2f at Haydock last month but was well beaten off a higher mark last time while Gosforth Park needs softer ground to show his best. Grandiloquent disappointed at Haydock last week but it's only a matter of time before Strike Force makes the most of a tumble down the weights and he has shown signs of a resurgence of late.
