Verdict

Brady hasn't achieved all that he promised during his time over hurdles although he must be respected as Donald McCain has made a habit of sending his top chasers to this track. Rebecca Curtis has two runners and Tony McCoy has elected to ride ONE TERM. The six-year-old makes his chasing debut this evening and while an ability to handle fast ground has to be taken on trust, he had won three and placed in a further four races over hurdles. The champ appears to have rejected the Jonjo O'Neill-trained Feast Of Fire. Still a maiden after eight starts, he looks as if he may need further. Swaledale Lad has won two races for Richard Ford and returns from a break. Having won a bumper on fast ground for Micky Hammond, he can be anticipated to give a good account of himself on a first foray over fences.
