Liam Byrne would have been hoping that recent Clonmel winner Wells China had crept into the handicap but he has a ready-made substitute in KIMS DREAM, who has thrived since meeting fast ground and almost overcame a 7lb rise for her Clonmel victory with a fine run behind Miranour at Downpatrick. Another 4lb shouldn't make too much difference and she can get back to winning ways. Vinnies Friend has been chasing though is better over hurdles with two victories to her credit but Wither Hills appears better with some give in the ground. King High ran well behind Usa at Clonmel and the winner hasn't let the form down subsequently while Xsquared has been performing with credit on the Flat and makes his handicap debut over hurdles.
