Verdict

Frankie Flowers started favourite at Cork last week but had no answer to SLIM TO NONE and was beaten a long way. The winner and runner-up that day pulled a long way ahead of the remainder and though raised 8lb Andrew Ring, who was on board last week, can claim his 7lb allowance. That should signal another success for Philip Rothwell's charge who looks too progressive for Rossa Parks, a winner over the trip at Limerick in November, and Second Glance, a C&D winner a year ago but now 10lb higher. Benefitthewest is 7lb higher than when scoring over the C&D last July and ran poorly when last seen in May and First Impressions is now looking too high in the weights.
