Verdict

Stormin Exit would probably have been the selection here had this been over 3m but this trip is surely too sharp for Jim Goldie's stayer. KEALIGOLANE ran well for a long way on his comeback at Wetherby and was second over course and distance in February. If he can reproduce the form of his defeat of Vulcanite at Carlisle earlier, Barry Murtagh's grey should take all the beating today. Simply Ned fell at the first on his reappearance in a novices' handicap but Catch Tammy won at Stratford in September and looks a danger.
