Muteela could be set for a return to Goodwood in the Group Two Doom Bar Celebration Mile on August 23.
The Mark Johnson-trained filly has already enjoyed a fantastic 2014 campaign, winning her first three starts, and she went down fighting when losing her unbeaten record at the Glorious meeting at the start of the month.
She was beaten just a quarter of a length by J Wonder when dropped back to seven furlongs that day but is set to move back up in distance on the second day of the August Bank Holiday weekend meeting.
Angus Gold, racing manager to Muteela's owner Hamdan Al Maktoum, said: "The Doom Bar Celebration Mile is one of the races we are looking at for Muteela. All the upcoming Group races over seven furlongs or a mile are options for her.
"I thought it was a very good run at Glorious Goodwood. She stepped up again and was probably beaten by a very good filly. I am told she has come out of it well and is in good form.
"I think she is equally effective at seven furlongs or a mile. With her style of running, I don't think it matters either way."
