Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan will square off at Fast Lane for the right to fight Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31.

Reigns thought he had earned a Show of Shows showdown with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Lesnar after winning the Royal Rumble Match in Pennsylvania in late January.

But with Triple H unhappy at how The Rock had helped his cousin triumph, he revealed that Reigns would put his ‘Mania spot on the line against the victor of Raw’s main event between Bryan and Seth Rollins.

And it is Bryan who The Big Dog will tackle at Fast Lane after his decision to Superman punch former Shield stablemate Rollins allowed The Submission Specialist to pick up the win.

Reigns was initially angered by the news that he would have to defend his No 1 contendership and his mood sunk further when Rollins’ interference caused him to be chokeslammed and pinned by Big Show.

But Reigns gained revenge on The Aerialist by ending his hopes of main-eventing WrestleMania and the Floridian is now just a win over Bryan away from rubberstamping a powerhouse dust-up with Lesnar.

Dean Ambrose has a championship on his mind, too, namely the Intercontinental Title which is currently held by Preston-born grappler, Bad News Barrett.

The Lunatic Fringe attacked Curtis Axel in Denver on Monday evening before challenging Barrret to a match for his belt – a challenge that the Brit swiftly rejected.

Goldust and Stardust, meanwhile, are former WWE Tag Team Champions but their partnership looked on the verge of collapse on Raw after they were defeated by The Ascension.

The brothers clashed in the ring in the wake of their loss and then backstage, with Stardust slapping Goldust after he called him by his previous moniker, Cody Rhodes.
