Daniel Bryan dealt with Kane in a Casket Match on Smackdown but could have Dolph Ziggler to contend with at WrestleMania.

Bryan cracked long-time rival Kane with his trademark Running Knee on Thursday night to knock the monster into the coffin, before slamming the lid shut and sealing the win.

However, The Submission Specialist’s next opponent may well be Ziggler after he accepted The Show-Off’s challenge to a bout at The Show of Shows in California on March 29.

The clash is yet to be officially sanctioned by the WWE hierarchy but both Superstars want the match to take place and you can petition for it by using #DBvsDZ on Twitter.

Ziggler, like Bryan, appeared on Thursday’s edition of Smackdown, joining forces with Erick Rowan to assist Ryback in fending off an assault from Seth Rollins and J&J Security.

Deserved

Triple H, meanwhile, vowed to make a huge announcement on Monday Night Raw regarding the controversial ending to the Royal Rumble Match, which saw The Rock help cousin Roman Reigns secure victory and with it a WWE World Heavyweight Title shot at WrestleMania.

Reigns insisted that he was a deserved victor of the 30-man melee and perhaps proved his point on Smackdown by pinning Big Show following a spear.

More from Wwe Fast Lane 2015

Elsewhere, Tyson Kidd defeated one half of the WWE Tag Team Champions, Jey Uso, while The Bellas assaulted Paige backstage after learning that Nikki Bella would defend the Divas Championship against the Brit at the upcoming Fast Lane pay-per-view.

Plus, Fast Lane enemies Cena and Rusev traded barbs but not fists with the Bulgarian Brute slinking away before any physical confrontation could take, and The Ascension battered Stardust with Fall of Man to beat the shimmering Superstar and his veteran brother Goldust.
