London Broncos succeeded where Super League duo Salford and Wakefield failed by ending Leigh's club record run of 27 consecutive wins with a 29-20 triumph at The Hive.
The Broncos never looked back after racing into a 16-0 lead after 23 minutes thanks to two tries from Iliess Macani and one from Oscar Thomas as they condemned the Centurions to their first defeat since last July.
London's other tries came from Jamie Thackray and Wes Naiqama, who also kicked four goals, while winger Jonny Pownall scored two tries for Leigh, with Tom Armstrong and Gregg McNally getting the others.
