Midfielder Modeste M'Bami has two potential offers - one from Ligue 1 and another from abroad - and looks likely to depart.
"When we receive an offer, we always study it," chairman Francis Graille told L'Equipe.
"In that case, we had no offer yet."
Daniel Ljuboja is attracting interest from Barcelona and could be a ‚é¼4.5 million target for the Catalan outfit.
The player does not have a great relationship with coach Vahid Halilhodzic and a deal may be in the pipeline.
Meanwhile, Halilhodzic has been banned from the bench for two months.
The PSG boss was upset with referee Alain Sars during the game with Lyon in November and is also suspended from the dressing room area.
His final match before the ban is against Lille but he will miss the next eight league games and also League Cup and Coupe de France clashes.
It is likely the capital club will appeal against the decision.
