Ljuboja furious with boss

PSG striker Danijel Ljuboja is disgusted he did not make the squad for the Monaco match.

The Serbian marksman was expected to return to the starting line-up on Sunday after coming off the bench against Chelsea on Tuesday - but instead he was left sitting in the stands.

PSG coach Vahid Halilhodzic decided to drop Ljuboja as reports suggest the two continue to have a strained relationship which dates back to pre-season.

The 26-year-old says that he does not understand Halilhodzic's decision to leave him out on Sunday and is not happy.

"I really can't understand," Ljuboja told his own website. "It is the coach's choice and he told me I would not even be a substitute.

"Vahid took me aside from the group on Sunday. I am disgusted.

"Against Chelsea I was happy to come back into the group. I was already fit again one week ago, I even imagined playing against Istres, but the coach preferred to play me with the reserve team."

The move will not go down well with the Paris fans, who have a liking for Ljuboja, and it does not help Halilhodzic's position after a horrific start to the season which has resulted in just three draws from six games.
