On Soccer Special: Final day drama, Adam Lallana and Ledley King

Last Updated: 11/05/14 1:24pm

"I've never seen anything like this! It's gone mad! They're all cuddling each other! They've got love bites and everything!"

Paul Merson's famous reaction to Sergio Aguero's last-gasp title-winning goal against QPR in the final game of the 2011/12 season will be remembered fondly by Manchester City fans. But the drama of that day should be a warning for anyone thinking the Premier League title race is done and dusted.

Manchester City sit two points clear of Liverpool at the top of the table, knowing that, thanks to their superior goal difference, even a draw at home to West Ham should secure a second title in three years.

However, throughout this campaign we've come to expect the unexpected - and Jeff Stelling and his team will be keeping a close eye on proceedings at the Etihad and Anfield, where Liverpool host Newcastle, in case of any final twists and turns.

On Soccer Special we'll also have news and reports from the other eight Premier League games kicking off at 3pm on Sunday as teams aim to finish on a high.

It will be a tough day for Norwich supporters, who are more than likely to see their team relegated along with Cardiff and Fulham, but the likes of Everton, Southampton and Stoke can sign off with a smile.

But that's not all we've got lined up. Join us from 12pm on Sky Sports News for...
