We caught up with the team ahead of Saturday's showdown to find out how they're shaping up and who they think could lift the coveted trophy this year.

Franky Fryer. This is his equivalent of winning the World Cup, the Euros, the Champions League, the League Title, the FA Cup and League Cup all at once. This means the world to him! Failure isn't an option.

I've been taking lessons from the 'Elgin dancer' for the last four weeks. The train fares have been a bit expensive but it'll be worth it when I win. She inspires me.

I know I will win - Franky Fryer's geezer dance has got nothing on Pat McGroin's 80s moves.

I've only ever prepared for the first dance-off I did and it went disastrously so I haven't done so since but I do enjoy hitting the dance floor most Saturday nights. The new 'no rules' element does change the game a little though...

I think Franky has built a good fan base with the success of his T-Shirt this season that will see him pick up the trophy.

I've watched Billy Elliott every night for the past two weeks, it was meant to help but I just ended up deeply upset and slightly confused.

I hope for Rocket's sake he wins it. I caught him crying last year after he found out he hadn't won. It means so much to him so for that reason I hope he takes the crown! Skills!
