A trip to Wembley is the best present of all

Tubes: Cena has nothing on the lyrical genius

It's true; the rumours are right I am now officially in my late twenties!

"I heard he rapped a bit so I spat some lyrics at him and he hit me back with a two minute rap...he's pretty good but to be brutally honest he's got nothing on me!"

Quotes of the week

I know this may come as a shock to many, but this week I celebrated my 26th birthday...and I know what you're thinking he doesn't look a day over 25!

To be honest I don't feel any different and I won't start worrying about my age until I'm at least 28 or 29!

I won't be celebrating properly until the weekend, but I got a few nice presents including a pretty cool ipod docking station from my uncle.

But it was Chelsea who gave me the best present of all; a win against Everton in the Carling Cup semi-final and a trip to Wembley... I can't wait!

Considering how many players we had out through injury I thought we played class. Joe Cole's goal was superb and Shaun Wright-Phillips has been playing like a legend through the middle... long may it continue!

On Tuesday I headed down to White Hart Lane to meet WWE star John Cena and I guess the best way to describe him is HARD! I don't really watch wrestling anymore so I didn't really know what to expect but his hands were about eight times the size of me!

He was only here for one day though to promote Royal Rumble this weekend and then he was going to be flying back to the America, but he came across as a very nice guy.

I heard he rapped a bit so I spat some lyrics at him and he hit me back with a two minute rap... he's pretty good but to be brutally honest he's got nothing on me!

When I got back to the office I was looking through clips of John Cena and the rest of the guys couldn't get enough of it! Baby Elvis and James in particular were loving it.

They knew all the wrestlers and the moves. I'm very much old school though I don't think you'll ever beat the days of Legion of Doom and the Ultimate Warrior, they were true heroes.

The rest of this week is going to be pretty hectic as usual with work but I'm looking forward to going out on Saturday night to celebrate the big two-six!

A friend of mine organises a club night called This Feeling on Tottenham Court Road which is always brilliant... it should be a great night!

Right I'm off to body slam Trev!
