England head coach Stuart Lancaster speaks to the Rugby Club ahead of the autumn internationals, starting with Fiji at Twickenham.

Lancaster has made five changes for the opening game of a tough autumn series that will only get harder as Australia, South Africa and New Zealand follow closely on Fiji's heels.

Lancaster took time out of his preparations to speak to the Rugby Club about:

TOUGH CALLS: The hardest selection he had to make for England's clash against Fiji.

YOUNG GUNS: the rise and rise of Tom Youngs who will be making his England debut at hooker just three years after he was playing centre for Leicester's second string

MIND SET: What he wants from his side to learn this autumn as they take on the best sides in the world.

MIGHTY JOE: How impressed he is with Wasps youngster Joe Launchbury and what he brings to the England set-up.

ENGLAND EXPECTS: How Lancaster is quietly confident that his side can give England supporters something to cheer about this autumn.
