What is parkour?
It's not Tottenham and England's dogged central midfield player, but an energetic activity that involves running, jumping, climbing and vaulting on and off walls and other obstacles.
This week's Get Involved focused on the high-octane discipline, which was established in Lisses, Paris by David Belle in the 1980s and develops spatial awareness, dynamism and endurance.
There are around 25,000 parkour participants, or traceurs, in the UK.
Founded by Sebastian Foucan, the event has featured prominently in action films such as Casino Royale, the Bourne Ultimatum and Taxi 2 and is perfect for adrenaline junkies.
So get your trainers, T-shirt and tracksuit bottoms on and can get involved in a sport that frees both mind and body.
