Get ready to enjoy a football-filled festive period with Sky Sports as we bring you the 12 Games of Christmas.

With live matches featuring the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United, Celtic and Juventus, there are plenty of reasons to be jolly this Christmas.

So tune in and sit back as the football fixtures calendar throws up some real crackers live on Sky Sports, including…

December 22

Juventus v Napoli; Stoke v Chelsea

December 26

Chelsea v West Ham – 12.30pm, Sky Sports 1
Watford v Wolves – 5.15pm, Sky Sports 1

West Ham take on Chelsea on Boxing Day

The Blues are back in action in the first of a Boxing Day double header on Sky Sports. It should be a fascinating London derby against a flourishing West Ham side. Big Sam’s men are mixing it with the big boys at the top of the table and will fancy themselves to grab European football next season, but can they spoil Jose Mourinho’s Christmas with a win at Stamford Bridge?

The Boxing Day double then concludes with a Championship cracker as Watford host Wolves at Vicarage Road. Both sides have endured difficult runs of late but the Hornets have won their last three, while Kenny Jackett’s side bounced back from five defeats on the spin with an impressive victory at Sheffield Wednesday and draw at home to Brighton. These two both have promotion aspirations so this is a key fixture in the calendar.

December 27

Hibernian v Rangers – 12pm, Sky Sports 1

Attention turns to affairs north of the border as two of the Scottish Championship’s big guns go head-to-head. Both sides are pushing for promotion but sit way off the pace of leaders Hearts, so this will be a key fixture for their charge to make the play-offs. Issues off the pitch have dogged both sides recently, with Hibs’ financial trouble and Rangers’ ongoing saga with Ally McCoist – so the players will be keen to get back out and playing.

December 28

Nottingham Forest v Birmingham – 11.55am, Sky Sports 1
Southampton v Chelsea – 2pm, Sky Sports 1
Newcastle v Everton – 4pm, Sky Sports 1

Ronald Koeman's side are desperate for a good festive period

The action continues with a trio of fixtures on Sunday, starting with a match-up between two big Championship clubs as Nottingham Forest host Birmingham at the City Ground. We then move to the south coast as Southampton take on Chelsea in the first of two live Premier League games. Ronald Koeman’s men returned to form with victory over Everton at the weekend after a run of league defeats and a shock exit to Sheffield United in the Capital One Cup, while Chelsea continue to look like an irresistible force.

The Sunday action concludes with Newcastle hosting Everton in what should be an intriguing encounter. Alan Pardew’s men have picked things up of late but both sides are prone to inconsistency and the Toffees only have two away wins in the Premier League this season.

December 29 & 30

Liverpool v Swansea – 7pm, Dec 29, Sky Sports 1
Derby v Leeds – 7.30pm, Dec 30, Sky Sports 1

The build-up to 2015 continues as Brendan Rodgers side host Swansea as he looks to bounce back from their Champions League exit and push up the table against Garry Monk’s men, before Steve McClaren’s Derby look to get their promotion push back on track when they take on Leeds at the iPro Stadium in live FL72 action.

January 1

Stoke City v Manchester United – 12.30pm, Sky Sports 1
Partick Thistle v Celtic – 5.15pm, Sky Sports 1

Ring in the New Year as Sky Sports’ 12 Games of Christmas finish up with top-flight action from England and Scotland. Stoke boss Mark Hughes welcomes his former club Manchester United to the Britannia Stadium, before Celtic continue their charge for the Scottish Premiership title when they head to Partick Thistle.
