To bring you a sample of what you could be missing, NOW TV have teamed up with the experts at Skysports.com to bring you the top 5 'not-to-miss' moments from this weekend's action;

1. Barclays Premier League - Reading v Southampton - Sky Sports 2HD Sat,12pm.

It's a battle for survival in both of the weekend's live Barclays Premier League fixtures with three of the bottom four clubs all in action. First up on Saturday lunchtime, Nigel Adkins takes control of Reading for the first time at home and will have a point to prove against his former employers Southampton. Anything but a win for the Royals could spell disaster for the home side who remain bottom of the table with only seven games remaining. Southampton on the other hand, will be hoping to continue their recent run of good form following victories over Liverpool and Chelsea in their last two outings - the Saints have now climbed to 12th in the table since Adkins was replaced by Mauricio Pochettino in January and should be favourites for all three points on the day.

2. Barclays Premier League - QPR v Wigan Athletic - Sky Sports 1HD Sun, 15:30pm

Harry Redknapp will be keeping a close eye on proceedings at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday and his QPR side are in action against Wigan Athletic in Sunday's live Premier League game. Rangers are level on points with Reading and face a Wigan side who have recorded victories in three of their last four Premier League appearances yet remain outside the relegation zone on goal difference alone. With league games against Man City, Tottenham, Arsenal and Aston Villa still to come for Roberto Martinez's men - plus an FA Cup semi-final appearance at Wembley to look forward to - this game is a must-win fixture for fans of both sides involved.

3. Heineken Cup Quarter-finals - Clermont Auvergne v Montpellier - 15:15pm/Saracens v Ulster 18:00pm

The Heineken Cup has reached the quarter final stage and returns to action following Wales' epic victory over England in March to reclaim their Six Nations crown. The action kicks off on Saturday with the all French affair between Clermont Auvergne and Montpellier sure to be a classic - can Montpellier upset the odds and silence the vociferous Clermont support? Following that it's the mouth-watering clash between Saracens and Ulster at Twickenham. The Irish province have struggled for form of late but the recent win over Leinster will provide a healthy tonic as they return to the scene of their Heineken Cup final defeat last season. As for Saracens, they have been England's most consistent performers in this year's tournament and will be looking to the boot of Owen Farrell to prove the difference on the day.

Also don't Miss....

Sunday plays host to another England v Ireland clash with Harlequins welcoming Munster to The Stoop. You can catch all the action live on Sky Sports 2HD from 13:30pm

And following that it's Toulon v Leicester from 16:00pm, also on Sky Sports 2HD

4. nPower Championship - Watford v Cardiff - Sky Sports 2HD 17:00pm

With both sides pushing hard for promotion to the Premier League, neither Watford nor Cardiff will want to give an inch when they lock horns at Vicarage Road on Saturday. Watford secured a crucial victory over fellow high-fliers Hull City last time out to close to within touching distance of the top two, and will be hoping for similar success when they return to home soil. Standing in their way, though, are table-topping Cardiff. The Bluebirds have been knocking on the top-flight door for some time now and are hoping to see it swing open in 2013. They appear to have overcome a recent wobble, winning two of their last three, and will be determined to cement their lofty standing with a 25th success of the season.

5. Johnstones Paint Trophy Final - Crewe Alexandra v Southend United - Sky Sports 1HD 13:15pm

Any opportunity to grace the hallowed Wembley turf is to be embraced, and Crewe and Southend will reap the rewards of their commitment to the Johnstone's Paint Trophy when they arrive at the home of English football on Sunday. Southend will have revenge in mind when they make the trip from Essex to north London, with the Shrimpers having been denied a day out at Wembley last season by a play-off semi-final defeat to Crewe. The Alex went all the way in 2011/12 and will look to take plenty of positives from their last outing on the grandest of stages. Crewe have been able to cement themselves in the third tier this season, while Southend are still sweating on a top-seven finish in League Two and recently severed ties with Paul Sturrock - a man who was offered the chance to lead the Shrimpers out at Wembley, but has passed on that opportunity and will watch Phil Brown attempt to take silverware back to Roots Hall from afar.

So make sure you don't miss our weekend picks plus more live action including; Amlin Challenge Cup rugby, Super League, La Liga, PGA and European Tour Golf, Super Rugby and NBA basketball.
