Our second My Special Day features six-year-old Manchester City fan Hayden Whitbread as he gets to meet his hero Joe Hart!

We took Hayden, who is currently fighting kidney cancer, to City's training ground to meet the entire first team, including strikers Mario Balotelli and Carlos Tevez.

However, there was one player above all who Hayden wanted to spend time with - England and City goalkeeper Hart.
