JAMIE REDKNAPP'S VIEW

"They have done well. Mauricio Pochettino has got them going. Only problem is that after a successful season you can see Luke Shaw, Adam Lallana and the manager going.

"They will not panic, though. They have always had a conveyor belt of players coming through there and, although it is a disappointment if they go, Southampton will bounce back, because they have other good young players emerging. Now they need to find the next Lallana, who has been magnificent, a joy to watch and deserves everything he is getting at the moment.

STAR MAN: ADAM LALLANA

Jamie says: "Lovely kid who I have a lot of time for. I’m sure he’ll get a big move in the summer"

Lallana’s impressive form this season was enough to convince England manager Roy Hodgson to take the 26-year-old to the World Cup. While making an average of 1.9 key passes per game, the Southampton man managed an average of 1.8 dribbles per match – ranking him in the top 15 dribblers in the league.
