Dundee have signed midfielder Nick Ross from Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
The 23-year-old was out of contract with the Scottish Cup holders and was keen to move on in search of more regular first-team football.
The left-sided player made more than 170 appearances for Inverness but most of his 32 games last season started on the bench.
Ross, who came on as a late substitute in the cup final against Falkirk, has signed a two-year contract at Dens Park.
