Latest under our scout's gaze is Udinese starlet Gabriel Torje - recommended by Sky Sports reader Mark Burns.
The scout reports...
Recently snapped up by Udinese to replace Alexis Sanchez, who sealed a move to Barcelona.
But is Torje ready to step into Sanchez' boots and more importantly - is he good enough?
Clearly Torje is not a like-for-like replacement, but at 21 he is an outstanding talent.
The 21-year-old began playing in his native Timisoara at a tender age, signing first for CFR and then Politehnica - where he was given his big break by their then manager Gheorghe Hagi.
Hagi handed Torje, who he has been likened too, his first-team debut in 2006 and in January 2008 he was snapped up by Dinamo Bucharest.
Now after over 100 games, nearly 20 goals and more than 20 assists, Torje got his move to one of Europe's big leagues.
He has previously been followed closely by Paris Saint Germain, Hamburg, Wolfsburg and Lille, but Udinese pushed through a deal paying around £6million for his services.
And Torje has already showed glimpses during his brief time in Italy to suggest he has what it takes to make an immediate impact.
The 5ft 5in winger is full of pace and drive, and is a constant threat coming in from the right flank, or the left, and although his crossing could be worked on there is no doubting he has outstanding vision.
Torje has improved year and year with Dinamo, and now the question will be whether he can do that in Italy - but the first signs are that he is capable of making a huge impact.
The scout says...
An excellent prospect, who has signed for the ideal club in the shape of Udinese to hone his skills.
A couple of good years in Udine, could see Torje emerge as one of the Europe's best young midfielders.
