Latest under our scout's gaze is Fiorentina forward Stevan Jovetic - recommended by Sky Sports reader Owen Brown.

The scout reports...

Stevan Jovetic has long been touted as one of the finest midfield prospects in Europe and he shows few signs of not living up to expectations. The Montenegro starlet is a product of the famed Partizan Belgrade youth set-up and he was fast-tracked into the first-team. A hugely gifted and skilful playmaker he can play out wide and up front, but central midfield will surely be his long-term home. Two-footed, although very much prefering his right, Jovetic has a wonderful eye for a pass - which is the main weapon in his armoury. He also has the ability to finish and his 10 goals in just over 50 appearances for Partizan is testament to that. At just 16 years of age he made his senior debut for Partizan and little over 12 months later he really came to the fore as he scored a hat-trick in a Uefa Cup tie. It was not long after his senior debut for Partizan that he was also making his bow on the international stage and he was part of the inaugural Montenegro side following their declaration of independence. Along with the likes of Mirko Vucinic and Simon Vukcevic, Jovetic is already considered a key member of his national side. Early 2008 saw Jovetic appointed captain of Patizan, but that was only ever going to be a brief spell as it was largely expected he would be moving on that following summer. And indeed he did, but despite interest from Manchester United and Real Madrid, Jovetic opted for Italy as he signed for Fiorentina in a deal worth around £6million. He made nearly 30 appearances in his debut campaign in Serie A, although he was in and out of Cesare Prandelli's side, but he still showed enough to earn plaudits from throughout Italy and many feel this season could be a huge one for Jovetic.

The scout says...

Being just 19, Jovetic is developing physically all the time and that great thing about Fiorentina is that they are helping him progress. Jovetic still has huge potential and much more to come, despite already being an international and playing regularly in Serie A. He is a real gem of a player who could go to the very top of the game.
