Sheffield United midfielder Stephen McGinn's contract has been cancelled by mutual consent.
The 26-year-old joined Dundee on loan until the end of the season on Friday and made his debut for the Scottish Premiership club in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Hamilton. Blades manager Nigel Clough told the club's official website: "Stephen is a fantastic person and despite not playing a lot this season he has been a model professional, we wish him well in the next stages of his career." McGinn, a free transfer from Watford in the summer of 2013, made a total of 42 appearances for the Blades but featured only four times this season.
