Aberdeen have signed West Brom defender Donervorn Daniels on loan until the end of the season.

The 21-year-old moves to Pittodrie after spending the first half of the season on loan to Championship side Blackpool, where he started 19 games.

He is yet to appear for Albion's first team and has previously had spells with Tranmere and Gillingham.

Daniels joins an Aberdeen side three points behind Scottish Premiership leaders Celtic and due to take on Dundee United this weekend in the semi-final of the Scottish League Cup.

Richard Garlick, West Brom's director of football administration, said: "This is an exciting opportunity for Donervon.
