Latest under our scout's gaze is Genk starlet Thibaut Courtois - recommended by Sky Sports reader Valerie Decoorne.
On the brink of joining Chelsea, Thibaut Courtois is already being described as one of the best young keepers in the world - but is he?
Courtois, despite only being 19, has just helped Genk to the Belgian championship and has already been called into the full international squad.
The teeanger began life as a left-back, but having joined Genk at the age of seven, he was converted into a goalkeeper and, well, the rest is history.
Already standing at some 6ft 6in, Courtois is a big target - but he is agile with it. He loves to come off his line when required and is brilliantly brave, a feature some modern day keepers often lack.
Courtois does love to punch and parry the ball, in often spectacular fashion, something which he may need to iron out in the future but it has stood him in good stead thus far.
His form for Genk this season has seen a huge number of clubs tracking him but it is Chelsea who are set to complete his signing. Despite already having Petr Cech, one of the world's great goalkeepers, they are already looking to the future and they have picked out Courtois as the man to replace him.
On his way to Chelsea in a €5million deal, but very sensibly he will be loaned back to Genk for at least one season.
Looks a brilliant prospect and will be interesting to see how the Blues handle his progression.
