Latest under our scout's gaze is Internacional midfielder Sandro - recommended by Sky Sports reader Jermain Trent.
Sandro has come to the fore in recent times after receiving his first call-up to the Brazilian national.
The 20-year-old has come through the Internacional youth system and is now emerging as one of their key figures.
A central midfielder by trade, he has also been deployed in central defence - mainly due to the fact he is over 6ft.
But whilst his stature may be that of a defender, he is very much a midfielder in style.
He, like is the norm for almost all South Americans, is technically very gifted with excellent close control.
Sandro has a very good eye for a pass, and is often the man who starts a move as he also capable of breaking at pace from his initial holding role.
He first came to the attention as a teenager when he was called into the Brazilian youth sides, and his progress has been good. He captained the Brazil Under-20s to the South American title earlier this year.
A recent link-up between Inter and Tottenham, has seen Sandro the subject of a bids from the North London club.
But Inter were not keen on doing a deal - even though Spurs were reportedly ready to do business with a bid of near £15million.
Sandro has five-years left on his current deal with Inter.
Sandro has only just played 20 senior games for Inter, and to suggest he is already worth over £10million seems somewhat excessive.
He is no doubt talented, in similar style to say a Gilberto Silva, but he would be better served spending another season at least building up his experience and physical presence.
