Sky Sports Scout is our exciting new feature where we scour the globe looking out for the best talent and bringing you a report on what we find.

Also in association with Football Manager - we give all readers the chance to win a copy of the latest game by nominating a player.

You can only nominate a player by emailing here - but should your player get reviewed by our scout, and you were first to send in his name - then you will win a copy of Football Manager!

Up this week for the scout is CSKA Moscow's Alan Dzagoev who was recommended by Sky Sports reader Kevin Tams - who wins a copy of Football Manager 2009.

The scout reports...

Almost a year to the day since Alan Dzagoev made his CSKA Moscow debut, Spanish newspaper Marca described the 18-year-old midfielder as 'the new Beckham', and the young attacking midfielder is drawing attention from some of Europe's biggest clubs.

Born in Beslan, North Ossetia, Dzagoev's star has rocketed during this year's Russian Premier League season. Since signing for CSKA from second division Krylya Sovetov-SOK at the age of 16 he has gone on to become a regular for the Moscow giants this term and is one of their top-scorers.

As well as an eye for goal, Dzagoev has excellent pace and vision and is a dead- ball specialist. He has a number of assists to his name this season, and has formed a deadly partnership with CSKA's Brazilian forward Vagner Love.

The 18-year-old was recently called up to the Russia squad by Guus Hiddink, and in coming on as a second-half substitute in their autumn World Cup qualifier against Germany became the youngest player ever to play for Russia.

The scout says...

Dzagoev looks to have the world at his feet, although he has recently stated that he would prefer to stay in Russia for the time being to continue his development. Even so, a move to Western Europe surely beckons.
