Sky Sports Scout is our exciting feature where we scour the globe looking out for the best talent and bringing you a report on what we find.
Our Scout will report back and you can comment on what you think of our appraisal.
Also, in association with Football Manager, we give all readers the chance to win a copy of the latest game by nominating a player.
You can only nominate a player by emailing here, including the word 'Scout' in your subject line.
Should your player get reviewed by our scout, and you were first to send in his name, then you will win a copy of Football Manager Live! - which includes a pre-paid four-month subscription.
Latest under our scout's gaze is PSV Eindhoven's Nordin Amrabat - recommended by Sky Sports reader Nathan Roberts.
Nordin Amrabat is considered as one of the greatest young talents playing in the Dutch Eredivisie.
Although only in his first season in the top flight, he has become a first-team regular with PSV.
Amrabat is a fantastic dribbler and likes to strike the ball from distance, and his balance and physical strength make it difficult to steal possession.
Amrabat has emerged from an amateur player to a top-class PSV prospect in just four years. In the summer of 2006 Amrabat - who was rejected by Ajax as a youngster - left amateur side Huizen for Jupiler League side FC Omniworld, one year later he played for VVV Venlo.
Now Amrabat is showing off his dribbling skills in the UEFA Champions League and is a member of the highly-acclaimed Dutch Under 21 squad.
If Amrabat is mentally strong enough to consistently perform well at the highest level, he will inevitably be one of the new stars of Dutch football.
He needs another 12 months at least before being truly judged, but all the signs are very good.
