Up this week for the scout is Bolivia's Ricardo Verduguez who was recommended by Sky Sports reader Alan Ainslie - who wins a copy of Football Manger 2009!
Ricardo Verduguez is a Bolivian left wing-back making a big name for himself in South America.
Small to average in height, with a slight build, he plays in a back four for FC Blooming but gets forward at every opportunity and has been likened to attacking Brazilian full-backs Cafu and Roberto Carlos.
He keeps his passing simple and safe, but he has a tendency to try and hit long diagonals to feed forwards. He only boasts average pace he reads the game well when danger threatens.
Verduguez is already a regular in one of Bolivia's most important teams in Blooming and he has managed to earn a call-up to the full senior squad.
He is catching the eye of a number of scouts from Europe who are checking on him regularly, with Champions League outfit Steaua Bucharest almost signing him in August.
Lightweight when making the tackle, he generally comes off second best in physical encounters, but his attacking ability helps him overcome this.
A typical South American full-back and at just 19, he has a big future ahead of him.
