Sky Sports Scout is our exciting new feature where we scour the globe looking out for the best talent and bringing you a report on what we find.
Our Scout will report back and you can comment on what you think of our appraisal.
Also in association with Football Manager - we give all readers the chance to win a copy of the latest game by nominating a player.
You can only nominate a player by emailing here - but should your player get reviewed by our scout, and you were first to send in his name - then you will win a copy of Football Manager!
Up this week for the scout is Leeds' Fabian Delph who was recommended by Sky Sports reader Daniel Steer - who wins a copy of Football Manger 2009!
Fabian Delph has less than 20 League starts to his name, but he has shown he has the potential to cut it at Premier League level.
The Bradford-born midfielder has superb composure on the ball, ability beyond his years, and also has the vision and passing range of a seasoned professional.
While Delph is predominantly left-footed, he is also happy to use his right when necessary is order to avoid awkward-looking passes that invariably fall to the opposition.
The England Under-19 international is keen to get stuck in and has already demonstrated his eagerness to ruffle opponents' feathers having collected a number of yellow cards this season.
Delph, who also has an eye for goal, has penned a four-year contract with Leeds as a host of Premier League outfits look to land the youngster's services.
Delph is sure to play a key role in Leeds' bid to win promotion from League One this season with his energetic all-action display, they will just have to make sure they keep hold of him.
Delph is definitely one to watch. Should Leeds fail to win promotion to the Premier League in the next few years or so then they might be forced to cash in on yet another youngster, with Arsenal, Newcastle and Sunderland all ready to bid for the £6million rated starlet.
