Up this week for the scout is Mexican Martin Galvan who was recommended by Football Manager supremo Miles Jacobson.
Cruz Azul striker Martin Luis Galvan, at the age of 15, is already been called the revelation of Mexican football.
Galvan is the typical player that has the face of a child but the body of a mature man.
This player was promoted to the first-team squad by the Uruguayan coach Sergio Markarian at the age of just 13
Galvan has a lovely style when he has the ball at his feet and also has a big heart and he doesn't have any problem mixing it against players much older than him.
His talent and quality, along with his fast movement around the pitch, make him very difficult for the defenders to get near him.
Galvan is not yet a top star in Mexico but it is just a matter of time before he becomes one of their most important players - as long as he can keep his feet on the ground.
