Up this week for the scout is Atletico Madrid's Ignacio Camacho who was recommended by Sky Sports reader Nav Lakhan.
Atletico Madrid coach Javier Aguirre caused a stir last season when he handed Ignacio 'Nacho' Camacho his debut against Barcelona at the end of last season - but the young midfielder has not looked back since.
Big things had already been expected of Camacho after he captained the Spanish Under-17 side that won the European Championship earlier this year.
But his rapid rise into the first-team picture has caught many off-guard as he is now an established part of Atletico's first-team squad and promises to be one of the best home-grown products to have emerged from the Vicente Calderon ranks in recent years.
His main virtue is his power, which helps him dominate the midfield from his usual anchor role, and despite his young age he is a natural leader on the pitch.
Camacho's father was a footballer with Real Zaragoza and Real Valladolid in the 1980s, but his son looks set for a much bigger career in the game.
The fact Atletico refused to loan him out to a lower league Primera Liga side shows how much Aguirre thinks of Camacho and he has every reason to keep him.
Camacho has all the potential to be one of the next great Spanish midfielders.
