Up this week for the scout is Sparta Prague's Vaclav Kadlec who was recommended by Sky Sports reader Michael Green.

The scout reports...

According to many football experts, Vaclav Kadlec is the greatest talent of Czech football since Tomas Rosicky. The teenager signed a three-year contract with Sparta after moving from one of their city rivals Bohemians last summer.

Kadlec is a regular member of Czech Republic's international teams, currently playing for the U-17 team and he is certainly capable of deciding games at international level. In 11 appearances he has scored nine goals.

The 16-year-old is highly appreciated mainly for his pace and the sense of being almost selfish in attack, scoring goals from almost every position.

Despite his young age, he has no problems in getting chances and, more importantly, hits the back of the net with a cool head on the majority of occassions - he rarely misses the target.

Kadlec has attracted a lot of interest in Europe, claiming clubs from England, Spain and Italy have wanted him. The starlet vows to see out his contract at Sparta so at the age of 19 he could move to a big European club.

The scout says...

He has already made his first-team debut, but will have to work very hard to become a regular choice for Sparta Prague coach Vitezslav Lavicka and with all the superlatives coming at him from all sides, he will have to show his true character and keep his feet firmly on the ground.
