Colin Fleming and Jonathan Marray fought back from a set down to reach the final of the Open 13 in Marseille.
The British pair, who had a walkover against top seeds Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut in the previous round, were undone by a single break of serve in the opening set of their semi-final against Lukas Rosol and Dominic Thiem.
However, two breaks of their own saw Fleming and Marray level matters before they dominated the decider to seal a 4-6 6-3 10-4 victory.
Their opponents in Sunday's final will be the second-seeded pairing of Marin Draganja and Henri Kontinen as they go in search of their first ATP Tour title together.
