The International Tennis Federation has upheld its original decision to change the venues of two Davis Cup World Group play-off ties next month.
The ITF rejected Israel’s plea to stage their match against Argentina in Tel Aviv and must now move the contest to a neutral venue.
The ruling was made amid the ongoing conflict in Gaza, with Israel now having to nominate a new venue in another country.
Another nation currently experiencing unrest, Ukraine, will not now be able to stage their fixture against Belgium in Kiev for similar reasons.
Both three-day matches are scheduled to start on September 12.
