Roger Federer's agent has dismissed speculation that he will miss the French Open to spend more time with his wife following the birth of their second set of twins.

The former world No 1 pulled out of this week's Madrid Open on Tuesday morning to be with his pregnant wife Mirka and a few hours later she gave birth to two boys, Leo and Lenny.

MAGIC WEEKEND

The destiny of this season's Premier League title will be decided LIVE on Sky Sports this Sunday - just one piece of drama playing out on a wonderful weekend of sport. Add in the Spanish Grand Prix, the Sky Bet Football League play-offs, the Players Championship, La Liga title race and more and Sky Sports is the only place to be. You can upgrade to Sky Sports or buy a day pass through NOW TV to watch all this fantastic live action.

It's expected that the Swiss legend will make a late decision regarding his participation at the ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Rome next week.

But his agent Tony Godsick says he will definitely line-up at the second Grand Slam of the year at Roland Garros later this month.

"Roger plans on playing Roland Garros and he will make a decision at the last minute if he will play Rome depending on how everything is going with his family," Godsick told ATPWorldTour.com.
