The world no 4 gained a measure of revenge over her opponent having been beaten by Hampton in Birmingham on grass earlier this year.
However Radwanska simply proved too strong on the hard court in Stanford once she overcame an early break; the Pole fired two aces and won 78 percent of her first-serve points overall in the 71-minute match.
She will look to win the 13th title of her career at the expense of Dominika Cibulkova - a player she defeated 6-0 6-0 in the final of the Apia International Sydney tournament earlier this year.
"I played much better than last night, I hit the ball very well and served well," Radwanska said.
"She hits very hard, but it was at night and I could run a lot and it's tough to finish points. It was an advantage to me because I could play defence and win the match."
Cibulkova powered past Romanian Sorana Cirstea, who won when the pair met in the quarter-finals of the same event last year, 6-4 6-0.
The Slovakian had to save six break points in an evenly-contested opening set before cruising home in the second, clinching victory when her rival hammered a forehand long.
The world no 25 will be looking to lift her third title, having triumphed in Carlsbad and Moscow last year.
