Grigor Dimitrov was forced to come from a set down before booking his place in the next round of the Swedish Open.

The Bulgarian looked set for another early exit, after losing in the second round of Wimbledon, when wildcard Elias Ymer took the first set.

However, fifth-seed Dimitrov hit back and came through 5-7 6-2 6-4 to move into the last 16.

There was no such luck for seventh seed Horacio Zeballos, with the Argentinean losing to compatriot Carlos Berlocq 6-4 6-3.

Martin Alund also made it through to the last 16 after edging out home favourite Markus Eriksson 7-5 6-7 (5/7) 7-6 (10-8).
