Juan Ignacio Chela: calling it a career at 33

Argentinian clay court specialist Juan Ignacio Chela has retired from tennis at the age of 33.

Chela, known on the tour as 'El Flaco' - the Skinny One - won six ATP Tour titles and three doubles titles, all on clay.

He reached three Grand Slam quarter-finals, the French Open in 2004 and 2011, and the US Open in 2007.

He is retiring with his singles ranking at No. 176 and with career earnings at $6.5m.
