Head for heights: Andy Murray in Dubai
Andy Murray will face a qualifier on his return to the ATP World Tour in Dubai.
Murray will be back in action next week at the Dubai Duty Free Championships and he has been drawn to face a qualifier in the opening round.
It will be the British number one's first match since his five-set Australian Open semi-final defeat to Novak Djokovic on January 27.
Murray, who has since been training in Miami with coach Ivan Lendl, is already in Dubai and spent Saturday playing football at the top of the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, as part of the tournament's publicity drive.
He told the ATP World Tour's official website: "I've prepared well (for the tournament).
"I was over in Miami for 10 days before I came here. It's very fast conditions, very quick courts, so took me a few days to get used to that. I like it here and hopefully can have a good run."
Champion
Seeded three, Murray is scheduled to meet Tomas Berdych in the quarter-finals and top seed Djokovic in the last four. Djokovic, the three-time defending champion, opens against Cedrik-Marcel Stebe.
The world number one's younger brother, Marko, is also in the field having been awarded a wild card.
With world number two Rafael Nadal not playing, Roger Federer is seeded to face Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the semis on the other side of the draw.
However, four-time winner Federer will first have to negotiate a tricky opener against in-form Frenchman Michael Llodra.
