Kim Sears responded to the controversy over her use of foul language by wearing a 'Parental Advisory: Explicit Content' top to watch her fiancee Andy Murray play in the Australian Open final.

During Murray's semi-final match with Tomas Berdych, Sears appeared to be caught on camera swearing about the Czech player.

Earlier in the week, Murray defended Sears, saying: "In the heat of the moment, you can say stuff that you regret."

Sears was trending on Twitter after the emergence of the footage, with the moment captured at the end of a tense first set against Berdych. Various lip-reading experts offered their view of what was said - and all agreed it was rather un-ladylike language.

Both the #kimsears and #kimswears hashtags were trending on Sunday again, with BritishTennis tweeting: "We think #kimsears just won the #AustralianOpen."

The official Twitter account of the tournament, @AustralianOpen, replied to that message saying: "Unofficially, we would have to agree with that!"
