Krzysztof Kasprzak: Included in Poland squad
Grand Prix trio Tomasz Gollob, Jaroslaw Hampel and Coventry's Krzysztof Kasprzak have been named in a strong Poland squad for the 2013 World Cup.
Boss Marek Cieslak could afford to leave out the likes of Piotr Protasiewicz, Grzegorz Walasek, Sebastian Ulamek and 2010 World Cup winner Adrian Miedzinski, who raced for Poole in 2012.
Poland will compete in Event 1 of the FIM Speedway World Cup against Australia, Russia and a qualifier at the Arena Czestochowa on July 13.
Walasek's disastrous performance in SWC Event 1 at Bydgoszcz last July ended his chances of a call-up.
The SGP stars are joined by 2011 World U21 champion Maciej Janowski - who will join Poole in 2013 after racing for King's Lynn last season - and Peterborough's Krzysztof Buczkowski, who made their intentional debuts in this summer's SWC.
Former Grand Prix regular Janusz Kolodziej, Polish champion Tomasz Jedrzejak, Leszno rising star Przemyslaw Pawlicki, Rzeszow veteran Rafal Okoniewski and Poole's Robert Miskowiak complete the senior list.
Young guns Patryk Dudek and Bartosz Zmarzlik, who finished third in the Gorzow SGP, missed out but were included in the junior squad alongside Piotr Pawlicki and Tobiasz Musielak.
Kacper Gomolski, brothers Kamil and Emil Pulczynski, Kamil Adamczewski, Mikolaj Curylo, Artur Czaja, Oskar Fajfer, Krystian Pieszczek, Lukasz Sowka, Adam Strzelec and Szymon Wozniak complete the junior squad list.
