Tai Woffinden: On form whilst guesting for King's Lynn
Lakeside Hammers missed the chance to book their place in the Elite League play-offs after losing at 53-40 at King's Lynn.
The Hammers had led by ten-points after five heats - but inspired by guest and current world number one Tai Woffinden, King's Lynn hit back to run out comfortable winners.
Woffinden top-scored for the home side with 15 points whilst Mads Korneliussen (11) and Lasse Bjerre (8+2) contributed well.
Four teams now remain fighting for the final play-off spot with Lakeside the only team with their destination in their own hands.
Lakeside (43) are a point clear of Poole (42) with both sides having one match to race.
The Hammers visit Swindon on Monday, with the Pirates going to Belle Vue at the same time.
Peterborough (38), with two home matches to come, are reliant on other clubs' results as well as their own as they host Wolves on Monday.
The fourth side still with a mathematical chance is King's Lynn (36), who two points behind the Panthers and have a possible eleven points available ahead of their visit to Coventry on Friday.
