Poole lifted the Elite League Knockout Cup for the third successive season with a 102-78 aggregate victory over Coventry.
The Pirates had established a strong position with a 52-38 win in the away leg, and took Monday's return 50-40 at Wimborne Road led by stand-in skipper Krzysztof Kasprzak with 14 points.
Poole boss Neil Middleditch said: "Winning this - the second major trophy on offer - was a great achievement particularly under such difficult circumstances with injuries and enforced changes.
"Although it doesn't make up for the disappointment of last week when we lost the league title, given what we had thrown at us as far as luck was concerned we are not complaining. I am very proud of the team."
